ORDERS
PLACE A NEW ORDER:
To receive one of our SAAJ pieces in your wardrobe, simply add the items of your choice to your cart. Once the cart is validated, you can log in to your account if you have one. Otherwise, you will need to create an account on our site. Then you will need to choose the delivery address, the billing address if different from your delivery address, and the desired payment method.
Upon validating your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. All payments are made via the 3D Secure platform of our provider (LCL), which allows you to make secure purchases directly with your credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard) thereby limiting any risk of fraud.
VALIDATION OF YOUR ORDER:
Your order is validated from the moment it appears in your account under “My Orders”. A confirmation email for your order is also sent to you, it may take longer to arrive, especially during large launches. No worries, if your order appears in your account, it has indeed been validated on our side.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
To track your order's progress, log in to your account and then click on “My Orders”. Choose the relevant order, and the delivery tracking will appear at the top right.
If your order has already been shipped you received an email with a link, click on this link to see its progress from our carrier Colissimo.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE OF YOUR ORDER:
WARNING, once your order is placed, you have one hour to contact us in case of size errors, delivery address errors, or items, or if you wish to cancel it completely.
After this period, we can no longer change or cancel your order. You will have to return your item(s) and place a new order.
If any items are missing, or if there are size errors, we are extremely sorry… Write to us at hello@saajparis.fr. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
