RETURNS AND REFUNDS
HAVE YOU PLACED AN ORDER ON OUR E-SHOP?
Returns are free on our site from mainland France and Corsica. If you live outside mainland France and Corsica, return shipping costs are at your expense.
You have 15 days after receiving your order to return an item for a refund. The item must be returned in its original condition, tagged. Otherwise, SAAJ reserves the right not to accept the return.
TO MAKE A RETURN, IT'S EASY:
1. Log in to your customer account and go to "My orders."
2. In your order list, click on "Make a return" for the order concerned by the return.
3. Provide your order reference (letters) as well as your postal code.
4. You can download your Colissimo shipping label, or opt for the QR code generated for you to print the label directly at the post office. Please slip the delivery note inside your package (you can use the original shipping box) and stick the prepaid label on your box.
5. After receiving and checking your order, you will receive an email, and your order will be refunded. Allow 15 business days once the package is received by our team.
If you reside outside mainland France, you will not be able to download a prepaid label as returns are at your expense.
Orders placed on our site are not exchangeable. If you wish to exchange your item for a new size, you must place a new order for the same item in the correct size.
It is possible to cancel your order if you realize that you made a mistake. Attention! You have one hour after purchase, during business hours,
to request a cancellation. After this period, we can no longer cancel it.
