ABOUT DELIVERY

When you place an order on our website, you will receive a first order confirmation email and then an email containing your tracking number when it is shipped.

You can track your package at any time. Generally, shipping times are 24-48 hours for mainland France. You will find them precisely on each product sheet.

During collection launch periods, the delays may be slightly longer due to the numerous orders placed simultaneously on our website. Rest assured, we put everything in place to deliver your pieces as quickly as possible.

DELIVERIES WORLDWIDE

Our pieces are delivered worldwide. Delivery is free for orders over €200 on our site for mainland France and Corsica.
Shipping costs are €20 for international and €5 for mainland France and Corsica. Shipping fees are waived for orders over €200 shipped to mainland France and Corsica.

We do everything possible to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible, and every day La Poste collects the prepared packages during the day, but the delays depend on each country. In the European Union, expect about ten days.

RETURN & REFUND: DID YOU PLACE AN ORDER ON OUR E-SHOP?

Returns are free (excluding sales) on our website from mainland France and Corsica. If you reside outside mainland France and Corsica, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You have 45 days after receiving your order to return an item for a refund. The item must be returned in its original condition, tagged. Otherwise, SAAJ reserves the right not to accept the return.

Returning an item is quite simple:

  1. Log into your customer account and go to “My orders”.
  2. In the list of your orders, click on “Make a return” for the order concerned by the return.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return; you can mention the reason(s) for return.
  4. Your return slip and Colissimo shipping label are available in your “Return Slips” area; please slip the return slip into your package (you can use the original shipping box) and stick the prepaid label on your box. The return slip and prepaid label will also be sent to you by email.
  5. After receipt and inspection of your order, you will receive an email, and your order will be refunded. Expect 15 business days once the package is received by our team.

If you reside outside mainland France, you will not be able to download a prepaid label as returns are at your expense. Please follow the above procedure and send your package to this address:

Orders placed on our website cannot be exchanged. If you wish to exchange your piece for a new size, you must place a new order for the same item in the correct size.

You can cancel your order if you realize you made a mistake. Please note! You have a time frame of one hour after purchase to request the cancellation. After this period, we can no longer cancel the order.

You have a period of 45 days after your purchase to exchange or refund your item at SAAJ Paris STORE, 33 rue Beaurepaire, 75010 Paris.

Please note, it will no longer be possible to return an item purchased on our website at SAAJ Paris STORE. Stocks are distinct, and only items purchased at the workshop can be returned there.
