REGARDING DELIVERY

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an initial confirmation email followed by an email containing your tracking number when your order is shipped.

You can track your package at any time. Generally, shipping times are 24-48H for metropolitan France. You will find precise information on each product page.

During collection launch periods, delays may be extended due to the many simultaneous orders placed on our website. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

DELIVERIES ALL OVER THE WORLD

Our items are delivered worldwide. Delivery is free for orders over €200 on our site for metropolitan France and Corsica.
Shipping fees are €20 for international orders and €5 for metropolitan France and Corsica. Shipping is free for orders over €200 shipped to metropolitan France and Corsica.

We do everything possible to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible. Every day, La Poste collects prepared parcels during the day, but delivery times depend on each country. Within the European Union, expect about ten days.

RETURN & REFUND: DID YOU PLACE AN ORDER ON OUR E-SHOP?

Returns are free (except sales) on our website from metropolitan France and Corsica. If you reside outside metropolitan France and Corsica, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return an item for a refund. The item must be returned in its original condition, tagged. Otherwise, SAAJ reserves the right to refuse the return.

To make a return, it's very simple:

  1. Log in to your customer account and go to 'My Orders'.
  2. In your order list, click on 'Make a Return' for the order concerned by the return.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return; you can mention the reason(s) for the return.
  4. Your return voucher and Colissimo shipping label are available in your 'Return Vouchers' space. Please slip the return voucher into your package (you can use the original shipping box) and attach the prepaid label to your box. The return voucher and the prepaid label will also be sent to you by email.
  5. After receiving and checking your order, you will receive an email, and your order will be refunded. Count on 15 working days once the package is received by our team.

If you reside outside metropolitan France, you will not be able to download a prepaid label as returns are at your expense. Please follow the above procedure and send your package to the following address:

Orders placed on our website cannot be exchanged. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, you must place a new order for the same item in the correct size.

You can cancel your order if you realize you made a mistake. Attention! You have a one-hour window after purchase to request cancellation. After this period, we can no longer cancel it.

RETURN & REFUND: DID YOU MAKE A PURCHASE AT the Studio SAAJ Paris?

You have 15 days after your purchase to exchange or refund your item at Le Studio SAAJ Paris, 3 rue Thorel, 75002 Paris.

Note, it will no longer be possible to return an item purchased on our website to le Studio SAAJ Paris. Stocks being distinct, only items purchased at the workshop can be returned there.
