ABOUT DELIVERY

When you place an order on our website, you will receive a first email confirmation of your order followed by an email containing your tracking number once it has been shipped.

You can track your package at any time. Generally, shipping times are 24-48H for metropolitan France. You will find the exact times on each product sheet.

During collection launch periods, shipping times may be slightly extended due to the large number of orders being placed simultaneously on our website. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

DELIVERIES WORLDWIDE

Our items are delivered worldwide. Delivery is free for orders over €200 on our site for metropolitan France and Corsica.
Shipping costs are €20 for international orders and €5 for metropolitan France and Corsica. Shipping fees are waived for orders over €200 shipped to metropolitan France and Corsica.

We do our utmost to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible, with La Poste collecting prepared parcels daily. However, timing depends on each country. Within the European Union, expect about ten days.

RETURN & REFUND: DID YOU PLACE AN ORDER ON OUR E-SHOP?

Returns are free (except for clearance sales) on our website from metropolitan France and Corsica. If you reside outside of metropolitan France and Corsica, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return an item for a refund. The item must be returned in its original condition, labeled. Otherwise, SAAJ reserves the right to refuse the return.

To make a return, it’s very simple:

  1. Log into your customer account and go to “My Orders.”
  2. In the list of your orders, click on “Make a return” for the order concerned.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return, and you can mention the reason(s) for the return.
  4. Your return slip and Colissimo shipping label are available in your “Return Slips” area; please include the return slip in your package (you can use the original shipping box) and attach the prepaid label to your box. The return slip and prepaid label will also be sent to you via email.
  5. After receipt and inspection of your order, you will receive an email, and your order will be refunded. Please allow 15 working days once the package has been received by our team.

If you reside outside of metropolitan France, you will not be able to download a prepaid label as returns are at your expense. Please follow the above procedure and send your package to this address:

Orders placed on our website cannot be exchanged. If you wish to exchange your item for a new size, you must place a new order for the same item in the correct size.

You can cancel your order if you realize you have made a mistake. Please note! You have a one-hour window after purchase to request a cancellation. After this period, we will no longer be able to cancel it.

RETURN & REFUND: DID YOU MAKE A PURCHASE AT SAAJ Paris STORE?

You have 15 days after your purchase to exchange or refund your item at SAAJ Paris STORE, 33 rue Beaurepaire, 75010 Paris.

Please note, it will no longer be possible to return an item purchased on our website at SAAJ Paris STORE. Since the stocks are separate, only items purchased at the workshop can be returned there.
