RETURNS AND REFUNDS

HAVE YOU ORDERED FROM OUR E-SHOP?

Returns are free on our site from metropolitan France and Corsica. If you live outside of metropolitan France and Corsica, return shipping costs are at your expense.

You have 45 days after receiving your order to return an item for a refund. The item must be returned in its original condition, tagged. Otherwise, SAAJ reserves the right not to accept the return.

TO MAKE A RETURN, IT'S EASY:

1. Log into your customer account and go to "My Orders".

2. In the list of your orders, click on "Make a Return" for the order in question.

3. Provide your order reference (letters) as well as your postal code.

4. You can download your Colissimo shipping label, or opt for the QR code generated for you, to print the slip directly at the post office. Please slip the delivery note into your package (you can use the original shipping box) and stick the prepaid label on your box.

5. After receiving and checking your order, you will receive an email, and your order will be refunded. Expect 15 business days once the package is received by our team.

If you live outside metropolitan France you will not be able to download a prepaid label as returns are at your expense.

Orders placed on our site are not exchangeable. If you wish to exchange your item for a new size, you must place a new order for the same item in the correct size.

You can cancel your order if you realize that you made a mistake. Be careful! You have one hour after the purchase, during business hours,
to request cancellation. After this time, we are no longer able to cancel it.
