A few words about us…
We are me, Maëlys (designer of the SAAJ brand) and Jérémy (husband and partner).
Where to begin?
With the definition of SAAJ, which is an acronym. The first letters of the names of the people dearest to my heart, who inspire me and show me every day that each of our dreams always has a special place in our reality… when we choose to believe in them!
A piece of me… I was 6 years old the first time I approached a sewing machine… that day a passion was born that has followed me throughout my life. In 2016, I decided to embark on a somewhat crazy adventure and to share with you on social media my desires and creations. Stitch by stitch, I created small timeless pieces, and you liked them! The first likes, the first followers, the first orders. This dream taking shape, and this passion becoming my profession. Behind this crazy adventure and for the past 10 years, there is this little man, always in the shadows, my lover…! I choose to tell you about him because he has (finally) joined the SAAJ adventure for the past year. By my side, Jérémy (my husband, my partner, and our beloved general director) is in charge of all the very serious topics that only interest him ;) …strategy, planning, production, logistics…
