SAAJ Paris is a love story for craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and environmental responsibility. Founded in 2017, our brand draws its roots from French tradition while projecting towards a bold and sustainable future. We imagine, design, and manufacture clothing intended for the modern woman: chic, engaged, and conscious.

A local know-how, a controlled production

At SAAJ, producing in France is more than a choice; it's a belief. 80% of our collections come to life in Île-de-France, between our design office and The New Factory, our workshop located 20 km from Paris. This proximity allows us to ensure rigorous quality control, smooth communication between seamstresses and patternmakers, and optimized production times.

For certain technical pieces like knits, jeans, or footwear, we collaborate with artisans in Italy and Portugal, renowned for their expertise and ethics. Each prototype is meticulously tested before going into production. This blend of local and European production allows us to combine excellence, sustainability, and responsibility.

Responsible and certified materials

The quality of materials is at the heart of our approach. Since 2021, we have been prioritizing fabrics woven or printed in France and Europe, reducing the carbon footprint and ensuring impeccable traceability. The majority of our materials are certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100, guaranteeing the absence of harmful substances for your health and the environment.

When we use synthetic materials, we systematically choose recycled polyester, sourced from textile waste and used clothing. This choice considerably reduces environmental impact and reflects our commitment to the circular economy.

A reasoned production, serving sustainability

At SAAJ, we produce in limited quantities to avoid overproduction. Our collections are designed to be timeless, easy to wear, and sustainable, so that each piece finds its place in your wardrobe for the long term. We reuse fabric scraps to create accessories or feed into upcycling capsules, and redistribute excess to fashion schools or artisans.

Our choices go beyond materials and production. We support local artisans by ensuring fair working conditions and equitable pay. By collaborating with European partners with regulated practices, we ensure high ethical standards at every step.
